2 cups water

Instructions:

 Boil the chopped carrots in 2 cups of water for about 20 minutes or until they are soft and tender.

Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger to the blender.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
